Yard Work & Outdoor Labor

  • Yard Cleanup Raking, bagging, debris pickup.

  • Weed Pulling Manual removal of weeds and overgrowth.

  • Mulch / Rock Spreading Client provides materials; we provide the labor.

  • Lawn Mowing Push‑mower or riding mower work. (Client‑provides equipment.)

  • Hedge Clipping / Shrub Trimming Light trimming and shaping of hedges and bushes. (No ladder‑based or high‑reach trimming.)

  • Chainsaw Assistance (Light Work Only) Cutting small fallen branches or trimming limbs under 15 ft, using a client‑provided chainsaw. (No tree removal or high‑reach cutting.)

  • Debris Pickup & Hauling (Using Our Pickup) We can haul bagged yard debris using our pickup truck. Waste disposal fees and mileage charges apply. (No construction debris, hazardous waste, or full‑scale tree removal.)

  • Storm Cleanup Branches, debris, yard waste removal (labor only).

  • Fence Line Clearing Non‑structural clearing along fence lines.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • Furniture Assembly Shelves, desks, chairs, small furniture.

  • Home Organizing Help Garages, closets, rooms, storage areas.

  • Holiday Decoration Setup / Take‑Down Indoor or outdoor (client provides ladder if needed).

  • General House Labor Any non‑licensed task under your direction.

Indoor Labor & Home Assistance

  • Junk Removal Loading Help We load your trailer, truck, or dumpster.

  • Debris Bagging & Staging Bagging, sorting, and staging items for pickup.

    • If we use our pickup truck, Waste disposal fees and mileage charges apply. (No construction debris, hazardous waste, or full‑scale tree removal.)

Cleanouts & Property Prep

  • Garage / Shed / Attic Cleanouts Sorting, staging, bagging, and moving items.

  • Estate Cleanouts Labor support for sorting and removal.

  • Move‑Out Cleaning Assistance Labor help for wiping, sweeping, and staging.

  • Pressure Washing Assistance Client provides machine; we provide labor.

JUNK REMOVAL LABOR

We provide general labor assistance only.

We are not licensed contractors and do not perform repairs, installations, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or any service requiring a Florida license.

All tasks are performed under client supervision, and the client provides any tools or equipment needed. We reserve the right to decline unsafe or out‑of‑scope tasks.

All jobs require 2 workers with a 1‑hour minimum. Chainsaw assistance is limited to light work under 15 ft using a client‑provided chainsaw. We do not perform high‑reach cutting or full tree removal.

Debris hauling is available for bagged yard debris or bagged junk only. Mileage and disposal fees apply.

We do not handle hazardous waste, construction debris, or any regulated materials.
