Standard Labor Rate

$50/hour for 2 workers (Light - Moderate Work)

• Home Organizing — closets, pantries, rooms, staging, sorting

• Furniture Assembly — small furniture, shelves, decor

• Holiday Decoration Setup & Take‑Down — light indoor/outdoor décor, no ladders

• Move‑Out Cleaning Assistance — sweeping, wiping, light cleaning

• Pressure Washing Assistance — client provides machine; you assist

• General House Labor — any non‑licensed, light indoor help

✔️ Light Outdoor Tasks

• Yard Cleanup — raking, bagging, light debris

• Weed Pulling — hand‑pulling weeds, no heavy overgrowth

• Mulch / Rock Spreading (Light Loads) — small bags only, no wheelbarrow loads

• Fence Line Clearing (Light) — light brush, no heavy cutting

• Light Storm Cleanup — sticks, leaves, small debris

• General Yard Labor — anything non‑heavy and non‑hazardous

✔️ Light Moving / Rearranging

• Furniture Rearranging (Light) — small items, no stairs, no oversized pieces

• Packing & Unpacking Help — boxing, wrapping, staging (client provides supplies)

• Moving Help (Light) — loading/unloading small items, no heavy lifting

Heavy Labor Rate

$70/hour for 2 workers (Physically Demanding or Risk‑Involved)

🌿 Outdoor Heavy Labor

• Heavy Yard Labor — large debris, heavy branches, thick overgrowth

• Storm Cleanup (Heavy) — downed limbs, heavy debris, post‑storm clearing

• Chainsaw Assistance — cutting branches, logs, storm damage

• Large Rock Loads — wheelbarrow loads, heavy materials

• Overgrowth Removal (Heavy) — thick brush, heavy cutting, hauling

🏠 Indoor Heavy Labor & Home Assistance

• Garage Cleanouts — hot, confined, heavy boxes

• Shed Cleanouts — bulky items, heat exposure

• Attic Cleanouts — extreme heat, tight spaces

• Estate Cleanouts — multi‑room, high‑volume lifting

• Junk Loading & Debris Bagging — heavy debris, staging for disposal

• Property Prep (Heavy) — hauling, staging, lifting, sorting

• Indoor Heavy Lifting Assistance — furniture, appliances, bulky items

🚚 Moving & Heavy Lifting

• Heavy Lifting Assistance — large items, awkward loads

• Apartment/House Move Assistance — stairs, tight spaces, heavy furniture

• Furniture Moving (Heavy) — couches, dressers, appliances

• Junk Removal Loading — loading trucks, bins, or trailers

HAULING & DISPOSAL FEES

Debris Pickup & Hauling (Using Our Pickup Truck)

We can haul bagged yard debris or bagged junk. Mileage + disposal fees apply. No construction debris, hazardous waste, or full tree removal.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• Two reliable workers

• 1‑hour minimum per job

• Labor for lifting, loading, staging, organizing, yard work, and cleanouts

• Safe, non‑licensed general labor only

• Client‑provided equipment for chainsaw work, ladders, or pressure washers

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

We do not perform:

• Electrical, plumbing, roofing, or any licensed contractor work

• Tree removal or high‑reach cutting

• Hazardous waste removal

• Construction debris hauling

• Pressure washing (we assist only if you provide the machine)
